Step 1 - Free initial consultation to talk through your proposal and offer our guidance and recommendations
Step 2 - Site Visit and full measured survey
Step 3 - Concept Design & cost analysis to ensure the design meets your brief and is on budget.
Step 4 - Developed Design - Once we know the scheme is approved by yourselves, we will then create developed drawings and make a submission to the planning department for you (if required)
Step 5 - Technical Design - During this stage we will either submit a full plans application for you with technical drawings to building control, or undertake the work on a building notice, depending on the size & scale of project
Step 6 - Construction - This is the stage we make your drawings come to life, working alongside you at all times to ensure we deliver to your expectations.
Step 7 - Handover & Completion
